Refocusing a team during tremendous growth.

The opportunity

Target is experiencing massive growth, especially in its owned brands. They needed to unite a rapidly expanding team of marketers behind a new vision that could continue to build their brands.

The work

We dug into the team’s current capabilities and creative work, identified gaps, and developed multiple work sessions to engage team members. In these work sessions, we created an open and creative space where everyone could discuss difficult and exciting things and eventually create a roadmap leading to future state everyone felt great about.

The results

By programming an engaging event and directing team members toward new creative ideas, we were able to foster individual connections and establish a way forward for the future of Target’s brands that every part of the team could feel invested in.
